This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the SMS sending and voice service system provided by Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd on the company's website.

I. Acceptance of Agreement and Conditions

(1) After the user's account application is successful, registration information related to the user account and password will be sent by the customer service team. In the event that the user is unable to use the services provided by this system due to environmental changes or factors such as system reorganization or telecommunications line interruptions, Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd may adjust the service content or suspend the service as needed, without incurring any compensation liability.

(2) If a user of Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd's services falls under any of the following conditions, the company may suspend their service, and the company shall not be liable for any legal actions initiated by the user:

(1) Theft, alteration, or destruction of others' information devices.

(2) Impersonation of others to resell or transfer.

(3) Sending content that infringes on the rights of others, violates public order and morals, or violates the law.

(4) Other acts that may harm domestic communication or related legal requirements.

II. System Integrity

Due to the internet's use of different network connections, users must comply with this agreement, not causing harm to the systems of third parties, interfering with others' use, or affecting the normal operation of the company's system. Users shall be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from this.

(1) Users may not take any actions that unreasonably or disproportionately burden the company's infrastructure.

(2) Users may not disclose their password to any third party, share their password with any third party, or use their password for any unauthorized purpose.

III. Registration Obligations

As the NCC closely monitors and fraud incidents are rampant, users agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themselves or their company and to maintain and promptly update their member information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If the company has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by a user is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate the user's registration and refuse the user's current or future use of the "Service" (or any portion thereof). If a user registers on behalf of a company or other entity, the user represents and warrants that the user has the authority to bind that company or other entity to the "Terms."

IV. To Comply with Government Efforts to Prevent Fraud, Users Must Abide by the Following Contractual Terms:

(1) Before using the SMS service, users must provide the following information to Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd for verification:

For Corporate Users:

Company (Change) Registration Form: Provide a copy of the company's registration form or related documents to prove the company's legitimacy and compliance.

Copy of the ID of the Person in Charge (or Applicant): Provide a copy of the ID documents of the person in charge or applicant to verify their identity.

For Individual Users:

Copy of the Applicant's ID: Provide a copy of the applicant's ID documents to verify their identity.

Applicant's Name and Contact Phone Number: Provide the applicant's name and contact phone number for contact and further verification.

(2) Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to take the following preventive measures:

1. Suspension of SMS sending: If a user is found to send SMS that violates the regulations of the National Communications Commission (NCC), Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd has the right to suspend the user's SMS sending until the specialist verifies and confirms the absence of violations.

2. Account preventive suspension: To protect the security of the SMS system, Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd may periodically inspect users and, if there are concerns, may suspend accounts preventively. The user's privileges may be reinstated after specialist verification confirms no violations.

(3) If Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd receives reports or detects users sending fraudulent SMS, the company will immediately suspend the account, thereby stopping the user's SMS sending privileges.

V. If Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd incurs fines from regulatory or governmental authorities due to a user's use of their account to send fraudulent, phishing SMS, the user shall be responsible for the related fine amount.

VI. Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd has the right to record user communication content for criminal investigation. Please do not use this system to send harassing, threatening, or other illegal messages. If such situations occur, Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd may provide relevant communication content to law enforcement agencies, and the consequences shall be the user's responsibility.

VII. International SMS and voice services are global network operator activities. Due to global coordination or changes in relevant policies leading to changes in line prices, Chiheng International Technology Co., Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices.

VIII. If there are any omissions in the provisions of this agreement, the applicant agrees to comply with relevant legal regulations and the company's operating regulations.

IX. If this agreement is revised, the company will not provide separate written notifications.

X. Both parties agree that any disputes arising from this service should be resolved through negotiation. If not resolved, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Hsinchu District Court and to be governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
